I wouldn’t leave any stars if possible. The delivery guy left the food in the wrong location despite there being instructions. I called the store to find where the pizza may have been left and the employee who answered the phone 5/29 automatically had an attitude. Then told me the driver did not read the instructions and it was on me to figure it out. When I replied to tell them I located it without there help and it was there issue to fix. She then called me rude and hung up. I will not order from this location again.

I’ve loved Dominoes Brooklyn-style pizza through several states in the US. But the one here in downtown West Palm Beach is nothing short of atrocious. From the girl who didn’t answer my questions, but just started typing, then made me repeat my order 3 times, only to discover she didn’t know what promotions were available, to the snarky, condescending man who took ovet & was annoyed that i had gotten annoyed, Then, instructing me to tap lightly & not be “frustrated”, when dealing with their cc machine, to yelling after me-“what’s the matter with you”.wow..customer service in florida is generally awful when compared to other parts of the US, but here-nobody trains their staff in product or services. and when you complain, they yell at you;.if i had only gotten 2 pizzas that were terrific, I might have foregone the bad review, but when I got home, my onion & garlic pizza had none of either,& my extra chees & sauce didn’t double up either. But i was charged for the toppings. The pizzas looked exactly the same, & tasted no better than cheap frozen pizzas, The best? When I said I would not return, the guy yelled as I was leaving “what did you say”.

It’s cool they delivered to our hotel room… but as a foreigner who paid $7 for this I am not pleased… it barely has anything in it? Props because it tastes nice but seriously we get more food than this in south africa and we don’t even have power…

Don’t know if anyone remember my last review of this domino’s pizza and I did say I would never go there again. Well we went again and the gentleman that was there was very nice and appeared to be working there alone. He was swamped and still gave great customer service. His service was so great I wanted to give him a good review. The pizza was good and I had a steak sub, that was really good too. 5 stars

WORST PIZZA IN PALM BEACH, ESPECIALLY THIS LOCATION! THIS IS A LIGHT CHEESE WELL DONE PIZZA AND BUFFALO CHICKEN SANDWICH.AFTER SPENDING $35 I CALLED TO HAVE ORDER REPLACED, MANAGER STATED THIS IS WHAT I ORDERED AND TRUST HIM IT IS CORRECT, HE WONT MAKE IT OVER OR GIVE A STORE CREDIT. THE QUALITY IS POOR, SERVICE POOR, DRIVERS FORGET YOUR ITEMS, HANDLE YOUR ORDERS LIKE THEY’RE AIRPORT. ARGO WORKERS. I WILL NEVER EAT FROM THIS CHAIN AGAIN.

Asked 3 different times do they deliver to my location, gave the address and proceed my order each time then canceled it. When a customer ask do you deliver to my location be sure to know the answer.
