Extremely terrible service, Ordered my pizza online and got there when I was supposed to be on time I waited for 20 minutes and my pizza never came out. When I asked what was going on the employee at the store said that the managers were managers were on break leaving him alone own. Store was full of about 12 people. When I looked to the side I could see the 2 managers kneeling down talking to each other off to the side when I said that they needed to come out and do some work because they were backed up and my order was extremely late I was told by the manager crystal it’s tall just go down to the next little Caesar down the block. Very unprofessional and did not care About the customer at all. The worker at the location Richard was extremely helpful it’s extremely helpful and try his hardest to get work done. I will be writing a letter as well as email and calls to the corporate office a little Caesar to let them know about this location and the wook ethics of their managers. If I need to become a Karen I will become a Karen.

I ordered my food 30 minutes ago. It said it was ready to pick up in the portal. Nothing was in the portal and they had me wait 15 minutes more. It was only 1 pizza and breadsticks and a lady who walked in, walked out before me with two pizzas freshly made. Not cool.
