Totally, awful service. My order was totally wrong. They said manager wasn’t around so they weren’t able to correct the order because the supervisor had to put her codes in the register. BS. Totally, Nonsense. Already, saw which way this was going decided to take my lost. This restaurant should be Re-staffed with competent workers at least. This doesn’t make any sense! Plus the food was cold and fries were awful. Needles to say I couldn’t eat it.

It was very good and fresh. Of course I got there at 11am and they had to cook some for me cause they didn’t have enough cooked. If you get there at 11 am, you will get some good food, but after that, it taste like day old. I have paid as much as 30.00 for a meal and when I got home, it taste and smelled like day old chicken except for a few pieces. I have gotten it that way more than once.

I came to Poppeyes in Vidalia at 9:40pm, no one would answer at order speaker and when I and the 10 other customers came through there was no one in the front. I asked people in a truck that was waiting on their order, they stated they had been waiting 19 to 15 mins and still didn’t get their order. I stayed at window, finally someone came to front at 9:50, but the girl refused to wait on me and slammed window in my face. Is this how Poppeyes conducts business. Everyone that was working needs to be fored, especially the manager, even if they weren’t here. I This is the worst Popoeyes I have ever had the distinct displeasure doing business with. Whomever owns this business needs to review his cameras, because if they are not running your business, they are probably stealing from you.

Not like any other Popeye’s but I guess the options are limited in this area. The chicken was not fresh, the utensils that I was told were in the bag were not, service at the drive-thru was poor the cashier couldn’t communicate with me for discussing the party with her co-workers. I’m glad I don’t live in the area
