I can’t begin to explain how terrible these tacos are. They look like trash, they don’t give you hardly any fillers. Screw this place, there are literally 20 taco stands in town that are far superior. I would like nothing more than to see these d-bags shut down for good. And chipotle used to be good! Now worse than TACO BELL

I went to Chipotle here in Moses lake shortly after they opened.. The atmosphere was great, the kitchen was bustling, the portions were good and quality and service was great. BUT.. ever sense then every time i go back it gets worse and worse… The quality of the food has decreased, I have not seen a single thing being cooked or prepped sense. The portion sizes no longer meet the Chipotle standard. And the service.. lets just say Moses lake strikes again.. Moses lake as a whole has their own “standards” and they have clearly gotten a hold of the new Chipotle..

The food was okay. Other Chipotle restaurants know how to fill a burrito. They were lite on the topings. If I went again, I would need to order two meals.

They are very stingy with their portions. Wouldn’t recommend at this time. Unfortunately this was my least favorite chipotle experience to date. I ordered double meat and was not very enthused when I saw the portion given to me was less than a standard meat portion at a normal chipotle. I thought perhaps the staff member didn’t hear due to the demands of the job and I was even less impressed by her response. This small portion trend continued with a different staff member with the cheese. I wish I took a picture of how little cheese I got because it was a bit shocking. I initially decided not to say anything because i deduced that it could have been simply a bad day but this occurrence repeated yet another time. I am a huge fan of Chipotle so hopefully this is just because it is a new location and it will ease up with time. However I will say the cashier was super nice and the rest of the staff except that one lady.

Chipotle started strong and has gone weak. The first week it was like a Chipotle should be. Then each week they get worse and worse. They never have the grilled vegetables. The chips are stall. The food sits and doesn’t look too fresh. The portions are small. The food is cold. They didn’t have any white rice. The manager said is because everyone gets white rice and vegetables. Well, then make more and keep making more. It’s like the owner or whoever is cutting down on quality and portions already. Tables are usually dirty. I can clean a table but at least wipe them down every so often. I’m wondering if the first week or two was a starter crew and now the store is turned over to local employees. I don’t know but it isn’t to the Chipotle standard I know.

I’ve gotten chipotle from this location three times and each time my food is room temperature. Flies are everywhere, maybe not have your door wide open, but it’s slow and the kitchen seems to be a mess as I can see dishes piled up to my head. Some new management might help this location.

Unfortunately this will probably be my last visit to this Chipotle. They were out of about 1/4 of the toppings I wanted so my bowl sat there getting cold for 5 minutes while I waited for fajita toppings. The one thing I asked for a “little bit” of was probably the thing they put the most of on it. Guac looked like it had been sitting for days and so did the lettuce. Bummer.

I’ve eaten at chipotle for 16 years and when I heard the chipotle was coming to Moses lake I was excited. We visit Moses lake often and see relatives. Unfortunately, this is the worst chipotle experience ever. No cheese. No guacamole. The mild salsa was mostly water and had 3 tomato chunks. It took 50 minutes to get through 6 customers. I don’t expect this place to stay long if this type of service persists.

I love chipotle, but this location could use some improvement… my carnitas was mostly just fat and it was really dry like it was maybe over cooked? There were a bunch of flies inside the restaurant. Service was okay, seemed like they were short staffed with only one person making orders and running the register.
