1 tiny piece of steak. That’s what I got when I ordered the black pepper Angus steak. The portion size was pathetic in general. It’s not like I got unlucky and got a bunch of vegetables. Everything was lacking but the rice. That had to be the smallest scoop of entree. Such a joke. False advertisement.

Bought dinner here this evening, I waited 20 minutes for my food after they had me pay and park, I ordered the shrimp and steak as one of my sides, was told about the up charge which is fine like always, well I get home and go to eat my dinner and the serving size for my steak and shrimp was literally 3 shrimp and a 2 very small steak piece. How is that even a side serving ? How it it fair to up charge me and then give less the half of a serving. I will post a picture so you can see.

2nd experience with panda express, 1st time I walked out could not get service. This time got service bit as my first time to eat here I was clueless how to order, complicated and staff was not eager to explain anything. Will be my last ho to as far as oriental food goes.

Didn’t get preset right. Left out multiple items but has it on the receipt as paid. Food was old and cold, the workers couldn’t add extra sauce for orange chicken because it’s not on the menu. Horrible service and food which is unusual. Called immediately after getting home in Moore to see these issues we called immediately for over 2-3 hours taking time in between and never got a response or answer. Not a way I’d run a business. Will be finding a new place to eat from now on. At least if they’d answer the phone we could resolve something. There was over 8 employees working so someone could pick up a phone. Word of advice maybe hire some adults instead of all kids. They’re running it into the ground.

Opens at 1030. Nothing is ready at 1030. I’m a Dasher and that is very frustrating when you are supposed to pickup an order at that time. Then to find out it will be another 10-15min. Everything should be ready by 1030 if you open at 1030.
