Ordered online and waited inside for it to cook. There’s a cashier inside that you can also order from, and there’s a drive thru window for pickup. Small building with some indoor seating similar to a fast food restaurant, no waitresses. The food was delicious! The BBQ bacon burger was super moist and full of flavor. Fried pickles are always great! Son loved the mozzarella sticks. Caribbean Jerk boneless wings were pretty spicy and was toned down perfectly with ranch. Staff was quick, helpful and friendly.

Our take-out order included three containers of ranch dressing, my wife paid for two additional containers. There were only a total of two containers in the bag. And this is what they consider a full order of onion rings. Someone needs to step up their game…

Rough wait times, chaotic atmosphere, and completely disorganized. The feathers left on the wings was also not a great touch. Maybe wait a month or two for them to get their problems sorted out.

We ordered about an hour ahead of when we wanted to eat, knowing we were close to the dinner rush and didn’t want to wait too much longer. The group I was eating with want the sauces on the side and when I ordered in the app there was an issue. I ended up having to to recreate my cart, in the recreation process I thought I forgot to click “sauces on the side” and so I called immediately after submitting the order. The team member was able to fix the order as it was a “order ahead order” and they had not started to prepare it yet.

Well, so far my experience here has not been great. The first time I tried to go here, I was told it was an hour and a half wait for the food to be ready. Took my business elsewhere. Tonight, ordered way ahead, (gave about a 2 hour lead time for 20 wings and cheese curds). My wife went to pick up the food at the time that we were told 6:40 (after ordering the food at about 4:40). Was told the food was not ready and she’d have to wait in the curbside spot. After 20 minutes of no one coming with our food, she went back to the pickup window, and had to wait another 10 minutes. Once we finally got the food. It was cold. Just order from the one on Tittabawassee, you’re not saving any time going to this one.

The food was great and super fast I was surprised for how busy it was and it looks as if the cashier was being pulled in multiple directions last night. My food was right and hot and at the sports bar you’re only getting one or the other. The manager T was also very nice when she came to check on us. I will definitely be back

So after seeing reviews when they first opened about it taking forever I thought I’d hold off a bit. It’s been A Couple months so thought things would be worked out by now. Order suppose to be ready by 6:20. Wasn’t until around 6:50 my husband finally left with our order. Then he came home with 6/10 wings in 1 pack. 9/10 in the other. And one of our dressing packets had a cut across the top of it. GET IT TOGETHER. This is absolutely unacceptable. We’re definitely done there. One and DONE.
