I will never return to this Taco Bell and likely no other for a long time. This was the tea they served me today. The picture was taken while waiting on the food in the drive thru. It was full of moldy gunk likely from the tea spout they apparently don’t clean which is ridiculous because those spouts on any sugary drink are notorious for this gunk. I am completely disgusted and threw away the food as well. If this is the attention to cleanliness they do for the drinks, I can only imagine what bacteria is in the food due to poor sanitation. The drive thru person was extremely apathetic in general and towards this disgusting drink. No apologies, just more of a “huh, look at that” look on his face. He also spoke way too quietly to hear hardly any words he was saying. The RR Health Department needs to do some random checks on this place.

Taco bell should be a shame of themselves for this chicken wrap. I can’t make this up. I got the Crispy Chicken Taco Deluxe Box. After unwrapping it… that’s exactly what it looked like. The chicken wasn’t even a strip…more likely an over fried boneless chicken nugget. It was so hard, it could break a window. The taco was full of lettuce and cheese… like REALLY . After seeing that, I was completely done. I hadn’t been to Taco Bell in a long time… I guess now I see why.

Drinks are self-serve in the seating area where a customer can sit for hours and stuff themselves on drink refills of soda. The iced tea dispenser is in the drive thru area. I ordered iced tea, drank it, and then was not allowed a refill, but I could refill on all the soda I want…. How does that make sense. I was told by the store manager that is policy, and he refused to refill my iced tea. It’s just another example of businesses offering customers less. You would think for an almost 30 dollar lunch for 2 at a fast food restraint, one could get an ice tea refill.

We went here today around 2pm in the afternoon. Talked with a crew in the drive through and was told they were closed. I don’t know why but it sounded they’re lazy or what. Just went to the one in the A.W. Grimes. I hope the higher ups knows about this.

Came here to take a quick rest break and grab something to eat. The restroom was blocked by 2 employees claiming to be cleaning with no cleaning supplies so figured to go order my food while I wait no one was around to take my order waited less than 5 mins not sure what was going on with the management there. End up going down the way for service

This Taco Bell has really fallen in the time we’ve been in round rock(2yrs) but this visit was the cherry on top! The lady at the window had rude body language and seemed as if we were a inconvenience ordering with them. Everything was ice cold not even warm at least. The cheese was not melted. The chicken chipotle melts had one single piece of chicken (on all but one),the chicken quesadilla was just like everything else nearly no chicken and cheese was not melted(ice cold), and the beef bean burrito was ice cold with lots of tortillas and hardly any beef, beans and cheese. This was hands down worse experience I’ve had at a Taco Bell. I don’t know what’s going on with this store but the GM needs to get a handle on this, or corporate/franchise needs to take a peak in cause this is ridiculous.

This Taco Bell just keeps getting crappier and crappier. Even though their hours say they are open, after walking half a mile here to get some food, I find that the dining room is closed and locked. Drive-through is open. Great if you have a car, I guess, but not doing me any good.

Arrived at the drive in and after 3 minutes I left as no one was asking about our order. This is likely due to the apathetic youth these days who do not know what service is. I am sure they were minimally staffed and someone called in resulting in the remaining staff, who could care less just watched potential customers drive off instead of increasing their productivity to meet the line of customers.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!! I have never been so dissatisfied with fast food services before. We stopped for a break after being on the road for 3 hours. They took forever and got our order wrong more than once. One of the workers was so nice so that made up for it, he was actually doing his job . I would not come back
