Nice atmosphere, great service. Fish was too fried, almost burnt. Chicken n waffles were amazing!! Highly recommend. Great bloody Marys, all of our drinks were spot on!! A little pricey, but the service was great. We actually split a meal and the server brought 2 plates out with full sides on both, very thoughtful. We would return, we had a great dinner!!

Kass was awesome. Part of the reason why we like to support local. Friendly and informative of one of the best appetizers we’ve ever had. Told her we loved the idea of smoked trout poutine. Brilliant! Shaved parmesean with what looked like micro cilantro over a great cut of fries with smoked trout that cascaded into the gravy sauce. Whoever came up with that idea, Brilliant!

Trillium doesn’t get enough attention for their breakfast. This place has one of the best breakfasts in town and reliably delivers impressively creative food and quality. Brought my wife in for a breakfast date and were happy and surprised with Menu updates and tried the new Ranchero Chilaquiles. They came out hot and wonderful and the breakfast burrito was also great and loved the new Cajun potatoes that accompanied it. Last, valet parking was easy too and free if eating at restaurant.

Thoroughly enjoyed this place and the atmosphere. Made two visits to Trillium, walking over from my hotel down the street. My server both times, Lishu, was amazing. Super helpful for deciding between two dishes. Definitely recommend this place, and downtown Boise as a whole. It was quite nice there.

Nice restaurant & bar. We had desert only. Service was great and so were our deserts, which were Creme brulee & Vanilla ice cream. Good architecture!!

We had another excellent experience at dinner tonight. Our server, Li, brought out Heather, the Executive Sous Chef, to discuss the newer menu options as some of our favorites were missing. Heather did a beautiful job explaining the new menu and how they have encorporated some of our favorite elements in prior dishes into a new and refreshed menu. Heather also shared one of the recipes and even brought us out a sample of the seasoning mix and a tub of their amazing cupcake icing. Thank you Li and Heather for beyond excellent customer service and a great dining experience! We continue to be local committed fans of this restaurant because of the awesome food and service.

The gorgonzola New York steak was amazing. I don’t understand the hay stacks with it though. They are hard to eat. Desert was incredibly.

This place was absolutely delicious! Everything me and the wife ate we fully enjoyed. The szechuan cauliflower appetizer was incredible. The iceberg salad was out of this world. Both the turkey sandwich and the Philly sandwich was so delicious. Highly recommend having a nice dinner here. The service was absolutely amazing thanks to are server Lauren. Dont forget to try the cheesecake.

I have been coming to the Grove hotel for several years. I have been fortunate to meet many bartenders in my time here. Kassi, Haley, Hayley have been a few of my favorites. Despite anything going on, they have provided a welcoming environment for all. They have trained the new bartender Kevin and he has been catching up quickly. My biggest disappointment though was the removal of the Chicken Torta and the Buffalo wings from the menu. They were two of the best options on the menu and their removal is very discouraging. The newer music choice in the lobby the last year and a half is exceptionally boring. I feel like having a drink in the lobby may as well be in the most square, boring elevator in the world. Plus, the bar menu has barely changed in the last 2 years. It seems like the company isn’t willing to pay the money to print a new menu. A bit underwhelming for a higher class hotel.
