Came with a party of six and we all got INCREDIBLE food without even much of a wait. All of the styles of kabobs were fantastic including lamb, beef, chicken, and shami. The portion sizes were massive as well all coming with great rice, and a delicious side. Chicken curry and mixed veggies can be particularly vouched for. Great value for the price, easily can be made into multiple meals or leftovers. Also of note, the fresh hummus was delicious, some of the best I’ve ever had. While our group waited they brought us small cups of chicken soup on the house that was also worth raving about. One of the kabobs I got was supposedly burned (I could not notice) and I was brought another! I really just can’t recommend this place enough!!

Best Falafel I have ever had so went back for the lamb kabobs a week later and it was do delicious. The chickpeas, the potatoes and the curry is also delicious as well. Definitely a place to try and write home about..

The best in the DC area. Very cheap compared to portions. Impossible to find such a price in this expensive spot. Nan is fresh. all this dish including free soup for 15.99. The owner lady is also very kind and welcoming. Amazing value if you are super hungry

Excellent service and very friendly. We ordered our food and they give us a free noodles soups while we are waiting and when we got our food the bread was warm and fresh and the meat so tender we definitely coming again

Not a fancy place, but the food is delicious, and the prices are better than reasonable. It’s clearly a family-operated restaurant. Mom gave us a little cup of soup to tide us over while we were waiting for our order. This is a place that’s worth supporting. I’ll be back!

I enjoyed incredibly delicious, fresh Afghan food here. I had the chicken kabobs which were made to order and perfectly seasoned, tender, and flavorful which came with a very tasty potato curry and hot bread. The owner operator is friendly, kind, and hospitable. The restaurant space is clean and comfortable. HIGHLY recommend!
