This is your typical dairy Queen in terms of food. The ice cream’s good. The food is okay. I live pretty close by so this is maybe a twice a month treat for the family. Every single time I do it I regret it. The wait times are so ridiculous. If you are looking to come here, be prepared for a minimum of 20 minutes. I don’t think I’ve ever spent less than 20 and my record is 35. Now you’re probably thinking who would spend 35 minutes in a drive-thru. Well, their drive-thru doesn’t leave you any escaping. I don’t know if the problem is on the food side or the ice cream side, but there needs to be a serious look at process improvement for this location. I say that as a recommendation knowing full well it will never happen because I’ve been coming here pretty regularly for a year and the experience is always the same.

Went in to order a couple of blizzards. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes. Seen by no fewer than 6 employees and never acknowledged. We finally left, there were only 3 other people in the dining area and they already had their food.

One staff member seemed like they were having a bad day, pretty rude actually. Very stingy with their sprinkles!!!! OH MY. We spent $15 on a ice cream cone and blizzard. Will not return to this Dairy Queen. POULSBO is way better.

DQ is one of my favorite places for my wife and I to go get ice cream. It’s always good. Typically we go in because the drive thru is busy and slow. We went in and ordered two Sundays… It took about twenty minutes to get them and cost $13! I guess that’s normal these days due to inflation but it didn’t seem worth the wait or the money.

So not my favorite location to go too. This store feels a bit out of date with its looks and feel. The employees were young and dismissive of those waiting at the counter. I had to go back to the counter twice for errors made on a single meal and I got questioned as to why it was wrong. Overall it’s not horrible but it’s not the greatest. Could use some work getting staff more caught up with general customer service.

Blizzards are awesome here. Friendly staff makes dine in fun. Drive thru and walk in lines move quickly. We come here when Baskin Robbins is closed. Not the same quality of ice cream but still good for a quick treat. The staff are super kind.

I’m convinced that this Dairy Queen is more expensive than the DQ in Poulsbo. My mom and I ordered exactly what we would order at in Poulsbo for $16 max. We had the addition of a mini Blizzard only and our total was $29+.
