Horrible price for some tiny chicken tenders. They were size of mcds chicken nuggets. and the fish basket wasn’t even basket it was a little fries with 2 tiny fish! The pretzels were so awesome months ago and now they skinny and tiny! Not worth money at all!!!!?

EVERYTIME I order from this specific location, I always get something wrong. Weither that be one item missing or a completely different order. I’ve given this location so many different times to give a benefit of the doubt but with it being every single time, I’m done with this location and will be telling friends not to order from this spot. You can only get frustrated so many times before you lose customers.

Just went, burnt bread, hardly any sauce, fish was so undercooked I threw my food away. Onion rings were also over cooked. At least the coke tasted like coke right? Not going again, didn’t even go back and try and get better food, not worth it.

1st I’d like to mention. I’ve changed the location in the app to the location on south lancaster, but everytime I place a mobile order it changes the pickup location back to the one on north lancaster, fine whatever except by the time I go inside to get order at south lancaster store and am told it’s at the other store and actually make it up there to pick it up. Everything is cold and gross… nobody wants cold soggy fries and onion rings, melted shakes and sundays or cold burgers and chicken strips. I understand they don’t know I am thinking I’m picking it up a mile away from home and not 6 miles away. But dang maybe wait for us to get there to make shakes anf Sundays and put things in bags, that way our dinner is still somewhat fresh and our dq treats aren’t melted. It’s a treat for my family to eat out ever and nobody wants to spend money just to throw it away. I tried to bring this concern up to the manager there when I picked up my order however she was more worried about something else I did not get very much of her attention she could have cared last about the quality of our food at that moment
