Every single time I try to use the Charley’s app this location is not accepting online orders. But they can accept them from door dash. So for my order using my Charleys rewards it wouldve been $27. Without $37. But door dash wants to charge me $62. That’s ridiculous. The foods good, but not that good. You are losing business not accepting online orders from your own company’s app! I will never spend that much more to order food through a third party.

I’ve been going to Charleys Philly Steaks Located in the Citadel mall on 2070 Sam Rittenburg blvd, Charleston SC, 29407 for over a year, and this is by far my favorite place to go to get one of the best Philly steak subs I’ve ever had. The employees here are respectful and have always done me good; I’m the food quality is off the chains, and the drinks, especially the signature lemonades are bomb! Y’all keep up the good work, thank you for all you do, and I’m more than happy to give y’all my business every time I’m in the mall. Till next time.
