The “ CALL CENTER” that takes the calls when Pizza Hut can’t answer the phone are HORRIBLE ‼️‼️‼️Either they put your order in “ COMPLETELY WRONG “ … “ OR TAKE YOUR ORDER AND DON’T PUT YOUR ORDER IN AT ALL‼️‼️I called one time the lady asked for my name and number put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I then called back the gentleman took my order read it back in which it was wrong but I repeated myself and he read it back and just said “ THANK YOU”. I then said how long will it take, when should I go pick up my order “? He then replies “oh 15 mins” while a baby was screaming and crying in the background. I didn’t think anything of it. However, when I get to Pizza Hut to pick my order up the worker simply said “ mam I do apologize but we don’t have a order for you”. I then showed him my phone and confirmed their number . He was very apologetic and said I wasn’t the ONLY customer this happened to today. Sadly it probably wasn’t the LAST‼️The young man was very friendly and apologetic and immediately took my order and began to prepare it. There is no telling how many “customers “ you all may have LOST due to your “ CALL CENTERS” negligence. They are getting PAUD for nothing. Dominos has a recording where you can place your order. It tells the price, time along with other information ‼️Maybe “your company” should look into this as a method to place orders when your staff is to busy and unable to answer the phone.

Just ordered a Big Dinner Box and when we received it the pizza was burnt and dry. We had tried calling, but was put on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on. That is so unprofessional .

Ordered a large supreme and picked it up. 21 bucks. The toppings were so skimpy I would have laughed but it wasn’t funny. You couldn’t have tried to put less on it. I won’t be returning.

My order was ready when I arrived but the pizzas were hot and the cheese was melted well on the pizzas but they were not properly cut the same with the cheesy bread. The cheese was overly cooked on the cheese bread .
