Met up with someone here and decided to try the food. The beef wasn’t tasty at all, and the gravy for the hot roast beef and county fried steak was straight pepper and burnt tasting. The mozzarella sticks were so soft you couldn’t even pick them up without them breaking apart, they needed done a lil bit longer. Waitress was nice and informative though, service seems ok here, just not the food.

Stopped at a small diner in Hookstown, PA because our 5 year old had to use the bathroom. Of course, when 1 has to go, EVERYONE has to go (so i go in there with 3 kids). But thankful for this sweet employee who was very polite, helpful, and accommodating from the moment we walked in. She had customers to tend to, but was very attentive to my kids (despite only intending to use the bathroom).

Small town service and atmosphere. Everyone is very friendly. Food came quickly. Cod and sweet potato fries were excellent! Large portion of fish for $12 Very fast service! In and out under 30min.

This restaurant gets a pretty steady flow of customers, and I can see why. The food is very good, the serving sizes large, the prices fair, and it’s a nice environment to eat in. I found the servers helpful and polite, even though they were kept quite busy. I’ll definitely come back again.

Stopped here on our way from Canton Oh, back to Pgh after picking up my son’s car. This was a great choice. Definitely family friendly. A little hard to hear one another with all the kids. But the food and service was well worth it!

We went with my dad to VA hospital and took the wrong exit.we stopped here, and they were already closed. They were super nice they let us in to use the restroom and helped us with directions home! We even said next time we are going to go earlier in the day so we could make a special trip to eat here!! If the food is half as good as the inside, which was a beautiful atmosphere!! Thank you for all your help!! More appreciated than you know!! I’m excited to go back!!
