Amazing Pho! It’s light and not overly salty which I like becuase it’s a true clear broth! We also ordered the chicken Fried rice which was incredible!!!! You need to try the fried rice, super flavorful and great portion! This is family owned so you know you’re getting amazing food!

I just had an early Birthday Dinner with my family. One of the things I love about this place is that there’s plenty of seating. This is definitely the go to spot for those big family events. It was very clean and pleasant, also very comfortable. The menu is large and there’s something for the entire family including the kids. The phó was absolutely delicious and satisfying. I enjoyed my experience and recommend everyone to try it at least once. I will be returning hopefully soon.

My partner and I dined in here a couple of weeks ago and I have to say, this might be the best pho I have ever had. I had the chicken, and the broth was extremely flavorful, and even with a regular size I still had leftovers. My partner went with beef and complimented his broth as well. I also highly recommend trying their milk tea!

I have been a customer of Cafe Trang since the early 90s when they were located on Main St. I was sad to see the restaurants go. But so happy we still have the bistro option. Their sesame garlic tofu is amazing. So grateful it is on the menu. Love the atmosphere and all the plants. The service is always friendly. My only gripe — I wish I could order the fresh spring rolls as an appetizer and not part of the build your meal. I would buy 10 of them to eat at home. They are that good!
