We usually order ahead and pick up in the drive thru. So I can’t speak for the indoor atmosphere. I do not like that every time we order, we get sent to the parking area to wait for our food. I placed the order, paid ahead for it, and then I have to go park and wait. This happens every visit, no matter what I order. This process needs work. On the plus side, our orders are usually correct and the food is good.

Like many others have said, they ALWAYS omit food. Today I ordered 2 6 piece chicken nuggets. Easy right? What they proceed to do is give me one 6 piece and one 4 piece. How did they even mess that up? Another time they didn’t add cheese to my double CHEESEBURGER. Another time, I ordered a quarter pounder and they didn’t put any of the usual condiments or onions that go on the burger. How do you even forget to put the most essential ingredients and condiments on the burger? I went into the store to switch the 4 piece nugget for the 6 piece nugget I ordered. Young man at the register was nice and friendly and switched the nuggets for what I actually ordered. That’s pretty much the only positive takeaway from this place.

Do not order from them at night with uber eats or doordash I swear they will forget parts of your order. I just ordered tonight they literally forgot my pies and a whole damn sandwich like what the hell. Go here if you want to pay for food you won’t get. Happened to us 5 times here. Usually its just apple slices or fries, something minor in my kids happy meal, but one time it was the nuggets. Another time when the happy meals had no apple slices in them, which we’d asked for and were listed in the receipt, we parked and my husband walked in right from the drive thru and asked for the missing items. He came back out empty handed and said the manager ‘flat out refused to fill the order.’
