Burger was not cooked thoroughly, considering that’s all I ate all day it caused me to wake up multiple times throughout the night and get sick due to food poisoning. Seems to me the employees are all just rushing to get orders out so they can have free time on the job.

We love Freddy’s! The burgers and chili and cheese fries are always delicious. This time we dined in. The service was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Plus, they were playing Bon Jovi while we ate, and you can’t go wrong with that. I got the chocolate brownie delight concrete mixer for dessert. It was amazing! It’s very sweet and chocolatey. I would definitely recommend. We’ll be back!

Every visit the food is hot and fresh and soooo good!! The seasoning they use for fries is amazing and on our last visit we went in side to sit down and eat. We purchased a bottle of the dry seasoning for use at home and cannot wait to try it. My 7 year old loves the cheese curds and burnt his little finger trying to squeeze the curd and I had told him to wait because I knew they were hot!!!

Freddy’s is . I thought Decatur Krekles had the best burgers, but Freddy’s has them whupped, imo. I am in love with their steak burgers. I don’t know if they use a special seasoning, or what, but they are SO GOOD. Thin, & crispy, but delicious. Their fries are equally as good, even though they’re shoestring, which I don’t normally like. And their special fry sauce is worth purchasing to take home. I’ve always had fast, friendly service at the Springfield locations. I live about a half hour or so from Springfield, but I always shop there on weekends, and seldom leave town without making a stop here.
