Usually I’m happy with goodcents but tonight wasn’t a good one. Told them I was allergic to tuna and not to cut my sandwich. Paid for it and realized they had cut my sandwich. I asked for a refund because I don’t know if they used the knife to cut tuna sandwich before mine. They tried to give me a card for a free sandwich but I wanted my money back because I was going to go to McDonald’s. They refused to give me my money back and offered to make me another one. Once you mess up my order concerns over anaphylaxis fish/shellfish allergy I don’t trust you to make my food. She threw my sandwich in the trash and refused to refund my money. I was told she was new, I understand but if I inform you of a life threatening issue and you cut my sandwich any way. Person in charge that did this said she was the owner. I won’t go back, nor will I ever eat at any other goodcents.
