The lady at the drive thru had wonderful customer service! Her name is Diana Ross. It’s nice to have a courteous person take the order and behave in the same manner at the window. She asked me to do the review on my receipt. Unfortunately, it wasn’t in the bag so here I am. She definitely deserves to be raved about and I hope this review makes it the higher ups so she can be recognized.

My girlfriend and I have visited here a few times in the past couple months and something has always gone wrong with our order when we go through the drive-thru. We are usually missing an item or receive an item we didn’t order, but the staff is always friendly and quick to fix it when we come back through. I understand we should double check at the window but we are often not worried about that. Another issue specific to today is that we were not handed our receipt after our order, but their system was down so they may not have been able to print the receipt.

Rude morning staff. I tries to order several breakfast items, but one was a burrito with no egg, instead lettuce and tomato. Shrimp answered with no we’re not allowed to do that. Well I canceled my order an Sonic down the street was happy to do it.

I placed an order online. When we got home we realized they had given us 3 nacho cheese with chips instead of 3 nacho cheese doritos locos tacos. I called, and they said to come back by. My son got stuck at work and when he tried to collect the 3 tacos they told him it had been too long since I called in and would not give him the replacement food. It had only been a couple of hours. I called back and was told the manager would call me back. She has not called.

Remember back when the had pink slime? I think it tasted better and it was definitely cheaper. I dunno how a 59 cent taco became 3 dollars.. but I guess it did. I can eat at chilis for the same price.. and the sodas are BY FAR the worst there is. Taco bell needs to get it together.

I’m a Taco Bell connoisseur and have visited many over my long years. This is one of the best of all. Food looks better than the photos. Dining area and bathrooms are clean. The staff are the friendliest and most helpful. I have many options around me for fast casual dining, but none can match the experience of this particular Taco Bell. Wish I was born here, got married here, and had my retirement party here.

Pathetic. Expect broken food, low effort, and poor service. Food was handed over sideways, tacos had hardly any meat, a chunk was missing out of the crunch wrap. I still haven’t unwrapped my full meal. I don’t even call and complain anymore due to no difference being done. The picture shown has the crunch as i got it. I didn’t take a bite. All I did was unwrap it.

Lived by this T-Bell for three years and have frequented often. They used to be great, no complaints. But quality has declined recently. Missing sauce, really skimpy or sloppy fillings/toppings, and today I received a Chalupa with the sour cream on the outside. 🙂 The shell was also stale and cold. 0/10, would no longer recommend
