Everything is amazing especially the server holly she goes above and beyond. However the new owner is not so great she under pays her people takes a bigger percentage than her servers like she is still a server and of course the house gets its percentage but not at the expense of your employees especially one who give there all to the place to make it an enjoyable night out for the family or the office meeting. Holly is an asset to the restaurant and anywhere else she decides to go

The waitress was the only good part, she was friendly and did her best, our chef barely talked, we told them it was my birthday like 20 times and it was ignored and yet I heard them sing happy birthday to like 4 other people. . The sushi I got “Alaskan roll” sucked. We ordered a bottle of cold sake and it came to us hot. The food has no flavor. For $150 dollar ticket I was so disappointed. I wouldn’t suggest this place to my worst enemy. Ichiban buffet is better all around and so much cheaper and it’s all you can eat. Thanks to this place for putting a damper on my 21st birthday. I will never come here again it’s a waste of money, time and gas.

As someone who has been all over eating sushi and hibachi, I was brought to tears over how good the rolls were at Ichiban. Our waiter was polite and helpful, service was fast, and the food (especially the sushi) was the best I’ve ever had. I’ve found my new favorite sushi place in Rome!

Only tried hibachi. We took it to go. It was good but nothing spectacular. Meat overcooked. Portions are smaller than other places. And prices were higher. Friendly service. Place was nice and a comfortable atmosphere. Didn’t try the sushi but it looks good.

i have always liked this place, however we went in today at 5:00. the only people in the restaurant were me my wife and one other table. we were seated, and given a menu. we set there for 12 minutes waiting on someone to at least get our drink order. no one even acknowledged us so we walked out

Every time I go it’s always an incredible experience! The food is cooked very well and the atmosphere of the hibachi chefs is 2nd to none. In my opinion best place to get hibachi in Rome. It is a little on the pricy side, but you get what you pay for, quality!
