Service is inconsistent and that’s what DD hangs it hat on. When it first opened up they charged me tax on a dozen donuts. When I told the very young employee that there is no tax, he became adamant that there was. I just happened to have a previous DD receipt and there was no tax on it. One would figure the owner would own up to the way that this runs and try to make things right. The older store before they moved has a great and courteous staff. So the brunt of this criticism falls on the owner.
