This location is horrible, every negative review is correct. An ice machine that is out of service without a sign, 2 meager cups of ice from the cashier, a soda machine that give out a clear unknown liquid instead of coke, stale chips, filthy tables. Just an all around nightmare

If I can give this place a zero I would. First things first, I worked in the food industry for 5 plus years, Chipotle being one of them & also was a kitchen manager at some point, so miss me with all the nonsense before you even start. All the employees have attitude’s , they don’t even know their own menu, and the quality of food is pure garbage. Again, because I worked for chipotle, I know what the standards are, and although it was annoying always having to be on top of quality, I never once said screw it , let me just collect my hourly and serve mediocre food. No tomatoes in one bowl like I asked, chicken portion (amount) was pure comedy. I’ll let the picture speak for it self. Look at how the steaks cut, got clumps of chicken not properly cut, steak was seasoned horribly. ( I can tell someone in there loves to free hand ). I never normally leave reviews even though I’ve had plenty of bad experiences, but this chipotle is just out of hand. It just reflects on the stores leadership. Management needs to have a realignment meeting to reset expectations or I definitely see this place shutting down soon.

This is the 5th time I have gone to this chipotle and the chicken has been burnt or dried out. I was going to wait for fresh but when I look on the stove in the back, the “new” chicken was black and looked like they were about to serve another serving of burnt chicken. They are always out of onions and peppers at lunch time which they should be fresh and have a bunch ready. The rice is also dry. I have gone for lunch and dinner and have had the same bad experience each time of the day. Please do better.

I recently took my grandchildren there upon request. OMG, absolutely filthy and disgusting. There was about 2 customers in there sitting at their table, all other tables were filthy and disgusting, I had to ask one of the guys to please clean a table for us, which he did ( just this one…god forbid you actually had to clean more tables…) but whatever wipe he used left greasy smears all across, even my grandkids looked at each other and opted to sit outside in the hot blazing sun. I really should have taken the time to call the health food department but was pressed for time. I will NEVER go there again and from what I could understand, neither will my kiddos (12 and 14yrs old!), they were just as grossed out as I was. I forgot to mention that there was food residue allover the floor also. I was actually rendered speechless by the filth. And to find this right in Nanuet….DISGUSTING.

My daughter asked an employee if they had forks because they had none left at the self serve station, and the guy said no. Is he then asked again to make sure he heard her correctly and he said they didn’t have them a second time. After telling me they didn’t have any forks left, I asked the cashier if it was true they didn’t have anymore forks and he pulled out a box filled with forks. They also got guacamole on my bag, and it got all over my pants. Very bad experience here.

The manager Jen is bad at her job. This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Over and over again they are always missing some type of ingredient, they barely fill the bowl, and do not even bother using the app to order. 7 times out of 10 your food will be cold. Save a trip and go to the chipotle in the palisades mall instead. This chipotle is bad bad bad!
