Order here if you want to be 100% disappointed. I ordered pizzas yesterday from this Domino’s (Douglas Ave. In Urbandale) for a reward pizza party. I had 14 hungry kids to feed. After the store confirmed my order, they said they’d text me when they were 2 minutes away. Instead, they cancled my order BY E-MAIL with no reason, no text, and no phone call. I wasn’t sitting in front of my computer, so I had no idea that the pizza wasn’t coming until it was time for the lunch to start! Imagine showing up for a pizza party with no pizza. I tried to call for an explanation, they didn’t answer their phone. I was never given an explanation or an apology. I will never order from this store again, and I suggest you don’t either. Try Casey’s, they actually show up.

Parents of an Eastern Iowa baseball team ordered pizza for the team after the game. Baseball field is .7 miles from this Dominoes. 43 minutes late and no car with a Dominoes sign anywhere near the baseball stadium. A bunch of disappointed kids and mad parents. Never order from here.

We’ve been ordering pizza from the Domino’s at 7620 Douglas Ave since we moved to Urbandale last June, well over 10 times. Tonight my husband placed an order for delivery and 45 minutes later an employee called to inform us that we are out of their delivery area and we would need to pick up the pizza. He asked her when the delivery area changed and she kept saying over and over “we don’t deliver to your location”. Then she said, “would you like to cancel your order”, deliberately ignoring my husband’s question even though the Domino’s App selects her store when we submit our address for delivery options. So…goodbye Domino’s Pizza!!! We’ll take our business elsewhere and order our pizza from a company whose employees want to work AND know how to treat their customers.

Do not bother buying food at this Domino’s location!!!!! David the delivery driver was rude and 15 minutes late delivering to a 8 min location. Once the pizza arrived it was the wrong order. The GM of this store sent out another pie. Here is the proof.

Terrible service. Called to inquire about my order after an hour and was disregarded by whoever answered the phone and was told they only had one driver but yet I couldn’t cancel my order. Mind you I live within a mile of the store. Got a pizza I took one bite out of and immediately threw in the garbage because it was so gross and had that old bitter taste. Bad service from a bad location. Never ordering from them again.
