Today I came to the same location we have eaten at for years with minimal issue. However when I walked into the newly renovated dining room, I was less than pleasantly surprised. I stood behind an elderly couple as the young “professional” huffed, rolled her eyes, and walked away after the gentleman contested the change he was owed respectfully. Her attitude was dismissive, passive aggressive, and less than appealing. Next my order was up and I paid once before the other young professional told me it didn’t go through. So she ran my card a second time before she realized it was an error on her part. When the senior professional came to help, she told me that I needed to pay $25.90 a third time because the register was not logged in under the right employee and I would have to call my bank to get back the first $50 in charges. Overall I just paid $77.70 for a meal that was overpriced in the first place. Honestly this will probably be the last time we come here. Not worth it.

We love eating here. Food is great, staff is always friendly, helpful, and happy! We’ve been to other Mcalister’s in our old hometown (Austin) and they don’t hold a candle to this location. A favorite that we will come back to again and again!

Salads used to be very large and filling. Tonight they were like side salads. Two salads cost almost $40 and I’m still hungry. You can do better!!!! Price increases and now food portion decreases. I have a choice to make!!

Sandwiches are good, with good sides (I love the steamed broccoli) and yummy cookies. We had a hiccup with our order where some was left behind at the store, but they were very accommodating and helped quickly when we returned, even though they were then slammed with the lunch crowd. Good service. Will return.

This section of New Garden Rd, is loaded with great places to eat. We found ourselves wanting good deli but our usual place was closed. McAlister’s is our new Go To – here’s why: they have no problem with substitutions. We both wanted The New Yorker which is corned beef, pastrami, swiss and spicy brown mustard on marbled rye. We changed the bread on both to a baguette and no cheese on mine. The girl at the register was very accommodating and nice. We took it home and chowed. The corned beef and pastrami combo was really good! The potato salad tasted better than it looks and the tomato, cucumber salad was very fresh. This was a great experience!

I had a horrible experience at this location and typically the service is great. We ate as a family and all the food came out except for mine. About 15 mins later, my food came to me but was half of my order only. They took my food and placed it on the counter and started to prepare the next part of my order, so half my food sat on the counter for an extended period of time for them to finish the other half of my sandwich. The rest of my family finished eating and my food was still sitting on the counter. At this point, I wasn’t happy so I went to the counter and requested a refund. I did get a refund but seemed like there was no care that this was how customer was treated.

I’m a dasher and I was sent to pick-up an order and when I arrived, I was told my customers order was stolen off your shelf, keep a better eye on the door dash items or put it someplace else. Because it’s very inconvenient.
