They used to feel the rice the whole way up on that side now they only give you a corner of rice and try to make it look like that the egg roll takes up another side. The charge you the same price if not more for what you used to get only to give you less of what you should get. I personally don’t like to eat here because there are sesame chicken does not taste right to me but my husband likes The almond chicken. I just feel like every time we go we’re being ripped off now for one quart of Szechuan vegetables it’s $13 and some change. I don’t think it’s ever cost that much!!!

My parents recently ordered food last week from them, we called to tell them the issues we had. We’ve been going here for years! They told my mom that the next time it was on them. They’d replace all the food free of charge. But when my mom just spoke to them to do the food order the lady was absolutely rude. And the guy told my mom it’s too much of a hassle and they won’t be making her food anymore. They just lost a lo my time customer. This is not how you treat customers who’ve supported the business since their parents were there, and for them to treat paying customers like this. Is just horrible and so inhospitable for an establishment that’s been around as long as they have.

Ordered shrimp fried rice which was dry & had a burned taste. I suspect it was not made fresh. The rolls were brown on top but was not cooked at bottom. A plus, the food arrived hot but meaningless if the order ended in the trash. First time customer & last!

This was my first time going to the Lotus Pond and was not impressed. I ordered a sesame chicken dinner. The batter tasted burnt so I removed it from a few pieces but the chicken was really dry and had a weird taste to it. The fried rice was dry, the egg roll was just like any other Chinese place. I won’t be going back. I was really disappointed

We ordered through Grubhub. Total disappointment, I’ve included a pic of my initial review because I didn’t want to type it all out. My almost 2 year old eats EVERYTHING and would only eat the white rice, my husband rinced the sauce off the food and fed it to the dogs. DO NOT EST HERE.

I miss the pre-Covud Lotus Pond. Their food was absolutely the best I had ever had. The quality and flavor have really slipped over the past 2-3 years. Today was our last time ordering from them. We ordered 4 combos and the rice was so dry, only my husband ate it after adding soy sauce. Both my (teenage) kids ordered the sweet and sour chicken and complained that it was dry too. I tried it and it was definitely dry. So disappointing. I would really like to call and let them know. Don’t want a refund, just won’t go back.
