Ok, so today my coworkers and I ordered 5 different meals. 2 of the orders were incorrect and the other 3 were extremely small portions. We ordered through Door Dash so we decided to travel to the Chipotle location to get these items corrected only to be informed that we would have to order everything again and have door dash refund us even though Door dash didn’t make the error. We weren’t looking for a refund just wanted our food corrected and they wouldn’t fix our order. Needless to say myself and my coworkers from our agency will not be spending any of our hard earned money with this establishment anymore.

Love Chipotle but would not recommend this location. Placed an online order for it to be ready at 6pm. My order wasn’t ready until 6:30. And I could see the bottom of my bowl when I opened it.

Very disappointed in this location. I always chose this one because it was the best to go to near me. Tonight I ordered delivery which does NOT make my order or me less fortunate than the people who order standing in front of them, Which is quite unfair, and I was very unhappy. Half of my bowl was missing, very small portioned like it was the last they had so they just gave it too me,instead of waiting to give a customer the correct satisfaction, the chicken was very stale and cold,hard as a rock (unedible) and there were tomatoes in my bowl which I didn’t order!!

They barely gave me any rice. It was less than one scoop of rice. And a few pieces of fajita veggies. Their guacamole and lettuce also looks unappetizing. Won’t be going here again. I am literally just eating cheese with a side of rice.
