Matthew was fantastic, best server I’ve ever had in any establishment, especially considering he was the only one on the floor serving. While taking care of a big family he was still very attentive, prompt, and he had such a great attitude. He made sure we were satisfied with each and every item we ordered, we love Flippers already but will definitely make more efforts to come to to this location just for Matthew !

Best pizza in Windermere! Can’t find a better place. It’s on the expensive side and usually takes a bit to come out but the food is worth it and it’s a smaller chain. The pig and pesto is my go to, it’s absolute heaven. The crust is perfect, please never change the recipe! I lived in NY for awhile and I would definitely say it’s the only NY style I’ve found here in Central FL. I’ve only eaten in once but they were incredibly nice, delivery always comes on time. Plus, Disney Cast Member discount!

Our servers name was Angie. She was the best, most attentive, helpful servant we’ve had in a long time. Felipe is the assistant general manager. We spoke to him as well. Very nice young man as well and helpful. Food was great. Highly recommend.

The food was good and the service was at its equal. However, one thing that should be done is that when new refills are given, the waiters must always take the old cups away so that nothing is making a bigger mess. Today I was sure lucky that the boss was able to do it for me.
