One of the worst managed stores I have ever been to…. The manager tried to steal money from me after over charging and then not refunding. And then proceeded to hide in her back office while the employees were left to deal with angry customers. A very poor service. The first time I came there asked for iced MOCHA with almond milk and the lady had a really hard time to understand me what do I mean by almond milk. What?? Then I asked for regular cream and sugar and she goes “but it’s already sweet you still want regular cream and sugar?” (With such an attitude) I said yes. ATTENTION. She mad me just a regular iced coffee with almond milk. (not mocha as I asked) Ugh. I didn’t say anything I just drank it. But this morning I stopped by for a bagel. I asked it to be toasted. The lady didn’t toast it well. So it’s me rn eating a cold bagel with cream cheese not even enjoying it. Hire more attentive

Love my brookline village Dunkin! As an ex-Starbucks barista, I’ve always been partial to their hot drinks, but Dunkin beats Starbucks every time in speed (plus you can’t really beat a Dunkin iced coffee) …and they have donuts! The store was remodeled in the past year and is always super clean. I love the staff. Always get my drink and food orders correct and done quickly – highly recommend!

Lady with the bleached blonde hair will make you feel like she is annoyed that you’re even there. The only time I sensed any joy in her is when she told me there is no public restroom. I said to her “aww, it’s so hard finding restrooms for us USPS letter carriers” She reasons “…yep” with a smirk. Ruined my mood for the day.

Always my fall back. Consistent and courteous. I will warn , this is in Brookline, they will only use paper cups. For this reason I don’t get coffee there unless the other two Dunkin I pass are crowded.
