Had great experience thorough drive-thru. I will say this Dunkin was very hard to find without googles maps! I was sans phone one day and saw the sign off Old St Aug and spent 20 minutes searching the entire plaza before giving up, then found it when I started driving down Bartram towards another coffee place

This morning I walked in to grab my cofffee and donuts and their was this old man needing help and none of the employees even bothered to help him then some nice lady that wasn’t even an employee helped him at the kiosk and for some reason his payment wasn’t going through so they asked for help at the front the girl with the red hair this morning 05/01/2023 around 9:15-9:30 ish said she couldn’t check him out and walked away then we asked why that’s ridiculous and while she was grabbing ice and putting it in the coffee cup, she started laughing like we couldn’t see her and I asked, why is she laughing? What’s so funny? Because not one single employee cared to HELP this elderly man out. I am disgusted by the customer service at Dunkin’ Donuts. Not everybody grew up with technology and knew how to use it and if the machine was not functioning correctly, there should be someone to fix the problem and not try to ignore the person standing asking for help to get him checked out and laugh at a customer that came to spend his money at ur place of business!!! She needs be fired immediately we don’t treat elderly people with disrespect like that!

I’ve came here many mornings while I’m working. Today they told me the lobby opens at 7am instead of 5am and they couldn’t take my order. They wanted me to come thru the drive thru. I was driving a garbage truck. How does that work? Do you guys only open the lobby at 5am on certain days?

Unfriendly employees and poor customer service. I arrived there around 8:30am to purchase a couple of donuts. I waited at the register to order and not one of the employees acknowledged me or said they would be right with me. After me standing there for about 5 minutes, an employee yells for me to use the kiosk to place my order. Place my order and the employee brings the donuts a couple minutes later practically chucking them on the counter and saying “here.” When I said thank you she just walked away. I can understand this being a stressful job but, my goodness just a little politeness would go a long way.
