The Pizza Hut on Boniface suck, They don’t want to answer the phone. They always put me on hold and hang up on me ! Maybe you should not offer call in orders, if you don’t want to answer the phone and take an order. I understand the last hour being put on hold until you close and then hang up like they normally do me, but it’s only 9:39 pm. What the heck! It’s easier to call Best Buy and they don’t even have customer service.

If I could I’d give a negative rating…i orderd pizza from this location and it had hair in it between the cheese and bread, like a long black hair that ended up in my mouth. I tried calling the store to request a refund and suggest that they actually follow the food/health safety guidelines at I have the manager’s certification in food services, but they don’t seem to answer their phone. I’m disappointed and disgusted at the situation and guess I’ll have to call corporate for it to be addressed.

I tried to order the Detroit style pizza from here twice, the first was terrible was just a regular pizza with sauce and that was it and was thinking it was probably just ingredient shortage so I didn’t worry to much about it, but I did it again and it’s the same thing, I tried to get my money back but they just hang up on me and transfer me to other places not even in state like what? But I would highly recommend not ordering from this specific place, also the breadsticks I got were cold and the marinara sauce was ice cold as well.

Horrible location waited an hour at the location after calling in an order. While in the location the girl at the counter ignores me anytime I ask if she has anything for me. I ended up without pizza needless to say.

The Spenard Location is not dependable you more likely than not have an incomplete order 4 out of 5 times. I tried ordering my last three orders were incomplete. When I called to politely ask for my items I am put on hold for over 10 min they don’t care now they already have my money and 50 to 60 dollars an order is a lot but you can’t get a hold of them once you have paid… so buyer beware….wish it was better gonna miss their pizza just can’t afford to keep coming back

Edit: Reordered again today, they didn’t include part of our drinks. This time even told us “you have extra.” When in fact were missing one. Every time we ask for naked wings we end up with buffalo sauce. They’re supposed to be for children.
