In one word, garbage. Specifically, I ordered at the kiosk, and it was malfunctioning. The payment system was not working and sent me to the counter. There was no one to be found at the counter. No one at all. I waited for 7 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my existence. Then I paid and waited for my order which was a Deluxe Bacon Chicken Ranch Sandwich. I received my order and went on my way. When I got back to my office and opened the box, it was a chicken patty, half off of the bun, with a single piece of bacon and some shreds of lettuce and a tiny amount of ranch. That was it. The lack of care at this location is wild. Terrible service. This is second McDonald’s in the are that has been awful.

Went in around 7:00 pm, and I saw the future of McD’s at work. They have 4 self order, self pay registers. There was only one person at the actual counter, and he was back and forth helping staff in the back. No negative reflection on the employee, but it shows what the future is. Unfortunately pay for $15 looks like a lot of tech and sparsely staffed restaurants.
