This new location was opened in 2023 and unfortunately because of the people they hire this business will get these sort of ratings, the female slumped over playing on her cell phone was just plain “Special “, and not in a good way. I walked in started looking at the menu and she immediately started rushing me to place an order at which I said, sure if can just look at the menu for a second at which she made a frown, flicked her hand at me and walked away. “UNBELIEVABLE BEHAVIOR “, another young woman near by came and took my order. I did not make a scene or even make a comment to them about the experience. I’ve always went to the location in Annapolis and have enjoyed the service and food, thought I’d go to the new store since it’s minutes from my home, guess where I’ll be going back to that’s further out??

Had a great experience today. This was our first time; and was skeptical due to the negative reviews. I’m glad we went. Michelle was our cashier, server and sub maker. We had two subs and pastrami fries. There was plenty of meat on the subs, end-to-end. The fries were loaded with pastrami. We almost drove to the Annapolis location; I’m so glad we didn’t. Will definitely return.

I’ve been here twice. Both times were sub par. The grilled cheese is really only half a sandwich, not enough for an average kid. Got a meatball sub the second time, and it was ice cold, as if someone had pulled it out of the fridge. Called back to try to get a refund but was told I’d have to come back in or call back the next day for the manager. The manager was apologetic but the staff should be more aware of the quality of the food they are distributing.

I grew up behind the original Capriottis and had it several times obviously. When I drove past this particular Capriottis I had to stop since I haven’t had it in years since moving a few hundred miles away. I stopped in and the kindness, greeting was great. Of course I’m hoping the Italian I ordered taste like I used to have in the past as I remember. I honestly have to say it brought back so many memories growing up. The meats, vegetables, the bread down to the dressing were all very good. The only thing I didn’t care for like most is the prices. For me the large which was a 20 inch, now 18 inch was the 13.75 now over 20 dollars. Other then prices in my opinion the Italian I ordered was absolutely amazing. Thank you for bringing such good memories back. A good 15 years since I had one.

Just got the cheese steak with hots to go. It cooked very fast and the cook used water to melt the cheese. I opened the sandwich and had a soggy mess with more peppers than meat. They must precook the steak and add water to put moisture back in it. So disappointing. Won’t be back. Pictures on the wall do not represent what’s served.

The good-The young adults working at this location were incredibly friendly and professional! Top notch employees! The food fell short unfortunately. Four different sandwiches and none of them were good. The Bobbie really fell short-looks so delicious in advertisements but underwhelming in taste and texture. The steak and cheese was a bit bland. The turkey sandwiches had huge, cold, chunks of turkey. Not the neatly shredded turkey pictured on the menu. The grilled cheese was really greasy and overcooked.

A wonderful addition to the Gambrills area. The turkey sub is my favorite. The fact they use roasted homemade turkey meat that’s shredded by hand makes this one delicious sub. The sub rolls are always fresh and so soft. You can’t beat the affordability. It’s my go to sub spot.

Been here a few times and today will be the last. Seems to always be something wrong. They advertise a French Dip as a limited time offer, but leave off the au jus. Ordered one fry, got two which means someone else probably didn’t get theirs. Added special instructions – make the fries well done and add mayo to a sandwich didn’t happen. Ordered a desert, didn’t get it.

I only gave two stars for the very friendly young woman at the counter. The subs they use for their advertisement are completely false. I ordered The Bobby, a thanksgiving-themed sandwich. The picture in the ad was beautiful. Loaded with turkey, stuffing and a layer of cranberry sauce, each with its own clearly defined layer. What I got looked like a giant blood clot on a sub roll. It was absolutely disgusting. I saw a couple pieces of Turkey, and the tiniest bit of stuffing, but mostly just cranberry sauce. No separate layers, no attempt at making a decent looking sandwich, and certainly no attempt at trying to make this anything other than a complete mess. Disgusting. Also, although I did not actually measure it, I ordered a small, (8”) but I’m certain I got a half (5”). That and a bag of chips was over $13. I could have gone to subway, paid a little more than half of this, and been completely satisfied. I am completely cured of wanting to try this place. The pleasant young lady at the counter did not make it worth it.

Seating is a mess and was dirty. The sandwich was half the amount of meat I expected having been going to other locations for years. I was excited to see one so close when I moved here but I’ve been disappointed both times and probably won’t try a third time.
