Arrived by road and there was no signage indicating the building was where we were supposed to be. Just a building with a door. Dock side did have a sign though. Decided here over another place because they had what appeared to be indoor seating, and it was blazing hot out. But they have no AC inside. Staff looked very uncomfortable. So hot. Outside looked pleasant, on the water, so we decided to stay. Waited behind people just chit chatting with the staff behind the counter for quite a while without us being noticed. Then another party just tried to squeeze by us as if we weren’t in line. Weird vibe from the other diners there. Found a picnic table seat and got lit up by mosquitoes but thankfully had bug spray. 45 minutes later our two small pizzas came out. It was not busy. Clearly some regulars knew about the long wait since they brought snacks etc. Margarita pizza was good, Blanco was ok but both were burnt way too much. I like some char but this was big holes through the slice. Still not terrible. Another party just kept saying goodbye to the cook when I went to get a box. Endlessly saying goodbye and no Staff acknowledging I was standing there. Staff could have been a little friendlier overall and more aware. Can’t really blame them for the other diner vibe but probably wouldn’t go back.

This was a fantastic find for us. We were a little nervous at first because the last few reviews weren’t the best but I think those that left the reviews weren’t used to fire wood/brick oven pizza.

Milton Park Pizza is phenomenal. Having the luxury to visit Italy a few times coming here to the vast wine selection and the great pizza flavors and crust made it feel like Italy. Located right on lake burton there are great views of the lake from all tables. You order at the counter and then pick your table. It’s a limited menu but they will customize for you. The wine was great. The pizza incredible. This is a must stop everytime I am anywhere near Lake Burton.

Mp. Que…….Got the brisket plate and it was 75% fat, tasted baked and was tough. The potato salad was great. The bbq beans basically came right out of a can. The brunswick stew had an entire piece of chicken wing skin in it.

Poor service. Overpriced. Was told there is a charge for a to go box, but no worries, not enough pizza to need one. Skimpy toppings. Decent crust…and hope you like crust because that’s mainly what you’re getting. Nice atmosphere.

This hidden gem is located on the north side on Lake Burton, Ga. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere is family oriented. There is seating inside the restaurant and outside on the waterfront!
