I placed an online order. It was 35 minutes late. The wings in the combo were not the flavor I ordered. And you can see from the photos the care that was taken to deliver my pizza where the actual box and pizza were folded. And everything was cold. I won’t be ordering from here again. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Pizza was cooked wrong. The person running the front desk argued with me, was dirty in appearance, had headphones in her ear. She ripped the box out of my hand and told me to reorder my food on the app. Asked for her manager because it was just crazy- come to find out that she is the store manager. Still am in shock that she is in charge of the store (explains why the store is rating so poorly). Avoid this location at all costs. You are better off getting a pizza “Lunchables” from a gas station over going to this location. Seriously not worth it. Go literally anywhere else.

Thought we would try again after years. I remember why we don’t eat there anymore. Dry, over cooked and undercooked food. Seems like they used old dough. Too expensive for the quality. Go to Marcos if you want good quality pizza for the price.

Terrible experience. Ordered a pick up, and the employee was super rude after we waited patiently even though the app said it was ready. She was just playing on her phone. Unreal! And then on top of that, gave me the wrong pizza. At that point just took what I could get, thinking that was the end of it. But no! The pizza was undercooked, had to go to a different pizza shop all together. Definitely avoid this location.

Pizza Hut does not smell and taste the same anymore and I have had to choose other places to go. I don’t know what they’ve done but no matter which location I go to is always has that off smell to it. It doesn’t smell like pizza. Even people I’ve spoken to but I know have you even said the same thing. It’s not like it used to be back in the 90s I will say that. Most of these restaurants are cutting cost on ingredients and I know things are scares but it just does not settle well with my stomach anymore. Sadly. Cuz this used to be a place where I enjoy going.
