Very disappointed! The portions are so small at this location… unless it’s rice. One plate with The green bean chicken had mostly green beans. I had to share some of my chicken with my partner so she could have more than two pieces. The beef was old and hard. I know this is fast food Chinese food but I expected a bit better. The only good thing was the lady taking my order was very nice!

I usually do go here for my lunch on the way up from Rio Rico to Tucson for work, but this past Friday I feel like the food, specifically the grilled chicken wasn’t cooked all the way, after eating at this location I got food poisoning. While I will return please ensure the food is fully cooked. I haven’t had a issue with this location before.

Food ok, most every table was dirty had to wipe down asked for rag. When I asked for rag, the best thing to do was hey I will clean for you. They weren’t busy with 3 other people in the dining room, 2 cars drive thru. It was 3 pm in the afternoon. Service was fast filling our plate, portions our smaller than used to be prices our higher. Make the drive to Linn’s in Tucson lunch pretty close to 2 item plates with the side of ragoons. Except here all you can eat

You have to ask for everything for your meal. You order teriyaki chicken you go to the table to eat you have to go back up to the counter and ask for sauce. You need soy sauce for your spring roll you don’t get it you have to go back up to get some.

I showed up and got my family food… All of it smelt and tasted like cigarette smoke… When I took the food back they said it was the “smoke from the grill” absolutely disgusting. Then I proceeded to ask for a refund they said they could only refund me for the food I cam back with or they can remake it. Why would I want food from the same place that just messed up my order.. so no refund and still terrible food… This place is usually pretty good …. Tonight I was very upset

It’s odd but it’s changed at this panda. Been going to Panda Express for almost 20 years. Some dishes are new and good while others are less so: precut teriyaki chicken and prepackaged sauce, etc. We waited for our dishes and waited another 10mins after for a “fresh” entre. In the end, waited almost 20 mins to get food. Less impressed with this store as of late.

Fantastic Always
They had no food made, only one item available and unwilling to make anymore food. It was an hour to close with a full line of cars waiting to order. Very disappointing. I didn’t order and left….
