Usually A&W has good food, but sadly this trip I didn’t purchase anything as they were out of root beer! How does A&W run out of their namesake product???!!! The person helping me did not seem to care, nor was she apologetic. I decided it was best to get lunch elsewhere that day.

Showed up to buy a rootbeer freeze more than 30 minutes before closing and they informed us they’d already cleaned their ice cream machines out for the day and weren’t serving anymore. Pretty pathetic. Even working in fast food we were never allowed to do things like that before closing.

Some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced short of verbal abuse. There appears to be four people in the back, but no one at the counter. Sporks are not restocked, no ketchup or sauce without asking and fountain machine is broken.

At drive thru, had us pull around. After waiting 20 minutes I went to get a refund, an at that moment our food was ready. All we got was 3 burgers and fries.

I watched the one guy scratch his head and face multiple times while handling the food without gloves. The food not only tasted old and bad but was put in the bag sideways and upside down to where it spilled. The famous bowl was filled half full instead of completely full like every other time I’ve gotten it. The only good thing I can say about this visit was the two girls that were taking orders and running the window were very nice.

The fries are old, we’ve been waiting for the rest of our food for 15 minutes, and they gave us the mash potatoes for the car in front of us. Lucky we’re together! Get yourselves together people. Until then, one star because zero isn’t an option.

Absolutely the worst KFC around. I honestly don’t know why I keep wasting my time coming here. Maybe I thought that this place would change but, I’m fooling myself. Poor customer service (if that’s even a thing anymore), order is never right and of course they never have any extra crispy….go figure.
