This what the most unacceptable experience I have ever had ordering. The experience goes as follows my friend and I made a large delivery purchase of 50 dollars. This location didn’t have drivers so they utilized the DoorDash app which caused our order to be delivered to the wrong address not once but twice ! Both drivers refused to drive to the correct location. When voicing the concerns with the franchise customer service was dismissive and lacked empathy. Not only did the two cashiers cause the company 100$ dollar loss. They refused to give us a solution after we had to drive to the location late a night with a toddler ! We had car troubles on the way there ! When we arrived the supervisor refused twice to call the manger saying that the manager was unavailable and will not answer . After asking again the manger was called and we were told that we would receive a call the next day . I could not Believe the lack or urgency and disregard. Supervisors with more customer experience needs to be hired and drivers to prevent this issue moving forward

Was disappointed that they didn’t have a dine in area as it says online but I got some good deals to take home. Pizza was great as always. Got also some boneless wings that were delicious but I had a few that weren’t all the way done so that was a bummer

This is the worse Pizza Hut in Jersey. The staff is lazy I called them 10 times no body answer the phone I went there to order for my kids they guy at the register told me we can’t take your order you have to wait two hours .

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to. Every time I order from here, something goes wrong with my order. I normally order online, it’s supposed to be more convenient even for the store, right? Not right! Incorrect!! I even called the store ONE MINUTE after I ordered off the website to confirm they would not mess anything up, yet they still managed to. Terrible customer service – the employees try to act as if a worker is the manager when they are not, until you call them on their bluff and they forward you to ‘their manager’ and a terrible website. Just go to any other store and don’t order on the website.

Worse place ever! I didn’t even want to give it a one star but I guess I have to if want to give a review. The guy taking the orders at the register tells everyone there order is gonna take more than 30/40 mins to prepare so everyone leaves I witnessed it myself. Every time I call they pick up put you on hold forever and then they hang up on you. I called so many times and no answer so I had to go there myself so I hear the guy on the register tell the guys there not to pick up those dam phones anymore very rude young guy the one with the glasses. I ordered pizza it was undercooked and they did not give me my money back. Will never go back. All they do is chill in the back like they’re in high school. I got insulted by the cashier very young guy and no manager to complain. So they can keep my money I will never go back!
