We don’t have Papa John’s often but today I received a text message for their Valentine’s day Heart shaped pizza with a dessert. So, okay, something fun let’s do it. Tell me how you forget the pizza?? I cannot make this up. They forgot the pizza. They did fix it and were apologetic but apparently we weren’t the only ones having messed up orders tonight because the girl behind the counter was running around apologizing to everyone who came in or called in. They were busy. 3 employees clearly were not enough for for this special.

Honestly had a few orders that were not completely correct but between speaking to the manager this evening and the cook who ended up delivering my food despite an issue with my wife’s chicken wings they handled it amazingly and not only did they correct the issue but they sent an apology for the error and she couldn’t have been happier. Thank you gentlemen, you are exceptional when it comes to customer service!

So I ordered from a customer line service which was the worst service I ever had. He had to put me through to the store, Matt came on the phone, and I explained the whole situation with the guy on the phone how I wanted to customize a pizza but they gave me limitation. He then fixed everything that needed to be and customized the pizza how I wanted. I got to the store quick service and another guy not Matt answered at the doorbell he gave me the food and made sure my customization was correct before handing me my food. I got home it was literally the best pizza I ever had. I could go back and back and back. But how do I get through to the store instead of some foreign language guy that has never worked in a kitchen before in his life. These people are turning us away. If he got angry and hung up I would have never of had the best food and best service ever. Thank god he paged me through to the store. They got a tip for pickup and it was worth every penny. Thank you Matt and whoever handed me the food. Best I ever had.
