We just left Parlour and I am compelled to write this review, now. Parlour’s vegan food is delish! Yummy! Scrumptious! From the cheeseburger pocket/puff thingy to the egg, sausage and cheese pocket/puff thingy… Just yummy. Then there’s the sweets . Oh, let’s not forget the iced latte that was filled to the brim and allowed me the choice of oat, soy or almond milk. Shout to the staff who were patient and understanding each time I asked them if everything was vegan. Here’s the thing, I can keep going but I have to stop here and plan what I’ll order when I visit Parlour again tomorrow. Going to call them now to make sure they’ll be open.

There Isn’t Empa-Nada I Wouldn’t Do For Parlour Vegan Bakery Empanadas! We got 2 boxes full for a tasting party and the sauces they came with were amazingly flavorful! Favorites were the cheeseburger and spinach ones. We also scooped up some day old cookies and cupcakes from the freezer. The strawberry cream cookie was outstanding and I loved the kitchen sink cookies because they had potato chips in them. We also got the Italian hoagie because we knew we would not want to cook after the long ride home. Super pleased with that purchase! Loaded up with delicious faux meets. Worth the $$$. Clean spacious interior and good counter service even if I had to remind them about my iced tea. In their defense we ordered a lot!

My new favorite vegan spot period. The food choices and items are very tasty and flavorful. The pastries are very tasty. Even the Jamaican patties come close. Service was a bit flat. As travelers we are sensitive to how people treat us and they were slightly indifferent. We visited the place twice and took a friend. I’d say there should be more service with care. And there was nowhere to sit and eat the wonderful food. If you are in Boca Raton and looking for vegan food. You must stop here.

I know I’m generally posting serious stuff on here so I thought I would branch out a bit and grace you with my review of a vegan donut that changed my life. Now first, don’t take what I say lightly. I’m not one who’s always blah blahing on about “this is THE BEST (insert sub par food )I’ve ever had”. I’m a tough critic, my palate is exquisite from years of energy drink and protein bar consumption. Now I know what you’re thinking. VEGAN!? I too was thinking that. And I do not want you to put any thought into the fact that at 2 pm in the afternoon I had only consumed about 500 calories for the whole day and fried my brain at the beach for 2 glorious hours. I walk into this place with my ”free spirit” shirt and jeans holier than the Bible on, knowing I would be accepted immediately into this vegan culture. I am browsing all the baked goods thinking nothing will taste quite how I want or expect so I should just free for all it. I have always been a lover of chocolate and donuts and thought “okay well here we go”. I ask her how the chocolate glazed is, she replies with “most of our customers favor that one”. I’m thinking MHMMMM OKAY. I get it anyways. Now, I planned to go back to my car because this bakery could not supply us with any vegan tables and I had just paid 5 dollars at a meter and had 20 hours to use it up. I am finally settled and ready to try my chocolate glazed donut. It’s heavy, like abnormally heavy. I lift it with both hands. My ac is blasting and shooting crumbs of this monster into the back seat. I unhinge my jaw just to take one bite. AND. I saw it, my soul left my body and I watch my aura turn into a chocolate glaze. I am chewing this moist, supple delicacy of a vegan chocolate donut, unable to fathom how God graced the earth with this manna from heaven. It was like a salvation story, Saul turned to paul, and I realized I must tell the world of this gift I have been graced with.

100% VEGAN! Amazing place. Always a beautiful and clean bakery case. Beautifully done!! Great atmosphere. I love getting this guy here,their pizza roll with their pesto sauce,its great! 10/10 would recommend! Got a chance to try their St.Patrick’s day sandwich and it was really great!
