Been calling here and today I Had Two orders or chicken wing and rice both orders the chicken wing and small fries the order came in less than 15 mins that to me seemed weird at first then the wings came all old and tasted nasty called and they said I would get new wings I said ok but can I get a free soda for the wait and since my food was going to get cold since they wanted me to separate the rice and the old wings. She said ok the manager and then the owner calls me saying she can’t because I didn’t order it I said I didn’t order bad service and still got it they didn’t give me the soda and would never order from here again. Nice manager bad owner.

Only gave a star because I had to in order to write a review but the first time I went, the food made me sick the second time I went the young girl at the counter. Who is the daughter I’m assuming of the owner has a very bad attitude, so bad that I haven’t even sat down to eat my food because I had to come write a review. I will never go there again due to the Atmosphere and the disrespect I felt from the moment I walked in and what’s even crazier is my fiancé got the same treatment and we both went in at two different times, so yeah I’m going to continue going to Highland Garden and the top it all off they did not ask my fiancé for her telephone number so when I went to go pick up the food, they wouldn’t give me the food so I had to wait and wait and wait until they could figure out if the order was mine even though I could give them the credit card number ! And I’m pretty sure I’m not the only person that experience that little girls attitude!

Just picked up lunch General Tos Chicken, very bland and the egg roll is old, can’t eat it. Now I bought chicken wings and fries yesterday it was delicious, big wings. Very surprised at this lady and I’m a regular customer.

I called at 11pm during an 8 inch snow storm and I was able to have food delivered. The call taker was not only clear speaking but she was extremely friendly and helpful. The order came out perfect the food was delivered hot by another very clear speaking driver. The food was full of flavor and tender as well as pipping hot. Very fast delivery during a snow storm too. Hats off to the Chef and all involved. I will be making this my full time goto for Chinese foods. The call taker actually laughed….. Can u believe that? whens the last time you heard a Chinese person laugh?

OMG! Last two times here, mostly rice with very little meat. I always order A5, General Tso’s Chicken n Boneless Pork Ribs. Tonight’s order (after driving to pick it up and arriving home) had NO pork ribs in my order. They promised to deliver them and 40 minutes later I get a call saying they are here……but they are not…who KNOWS where they are or when they will deliver the rest of my order. Never again! They once were amazing and a value, but lately you pay for more rice than protein.

I have only ordered a couple of times here, but tonight the young lady who answered the phone was rude, talked over me. Our food was mediocre and that is putting it simple. My delivery person was nice gave them an 8$ tip due to a high demand in gas prices. I ordered the beef low mein and got instead chicken. My order was all basically noodles and no meat. My families had all noodles and veggies barely any meat and barely any flavor. Still feeling hungry after due to the food not being satisfying. Will not be returning
