They open at 6. We asked the manager of Kroger if it was open. She said yes. It opens at 6am. It was 6:25am. Instead we got coffee and muffins from Boston Stoker. My son just wanted to get a pink drink for breakfast on his birthday. Disappointment is an understatement.

Got there at 7:50. Lady said they were closed and could not fix my order. If you are going to close at 7:50, please don’t post that you are open until 8 p.m. I didn’t complain because I figured it was store policy and the young lady had to follow it. Still, if you are going to advertise open until 8 p.m., you should be able to take orders until 8 p.m.

Starbucks has a grumpy old lady working the counter that likes to give you attitude over starbucks daily offers that should automatically applied. Go to the actual starbucks if you want real customer service and not a bad attitude. She’s got long gray hair and she’s never come off warm or friendly.

When my brother went there earlier today, the barista told him they DO NOT make the Starbuck Reserve Dark Chocolate Mocha, and told him they can make it at the West Main location since it is a company store. Because of that, my brother ordered three large coffees. However, when they were ready, the worker sold him two mediums and one large, and my brother told the worker it was wrong. The barista gave him an attitude instead of fixing the problem. He just left the coffees and got a refund.

Just tried one of their holiday drinks and me and my fiancee thought the toasted white chocolate mocha was good, also got the free red cups, staff was nice and ordering was fast although I did go once it opened at 5 am.
