At this point you can’t even order here 90% of the time without having to do an online or mobile order. A good amount of times they’ll just tell you they’re not taking orders at all. Not to even mention their lobby hasn’t been open in probably a year now. Whoever runs this Taco Bell is inept and awful if they can’t keep staff.

Wow, worst experience at a restaurant in a long time. Done in closed but I did a mobile order since my three kids were in the car, drive thru wasn’t moving, app said order was complete but it took 15 min for anyone to open the door at which time they told me the order hadn’t even been started and we weren’t even next to be made. I asked to cancel the order since it was already raining and my kids were already out of patience, they said they couldn’t cancel cause the app was separate and the manager said she was “being really nice” even though I had already paid and had no product and no reasonable expectation when I would get it.

This place never has the lobby open. They claim is always short staffing. This isn’t the Pandemic anymore. There excuse has run it’s course. They just don’t want to pay to have the proper staff. But then tell the customer that they are short staffed and always hiring….. Joke… This as a whole makes me think about other places from now on. I’ve spent many of years going to Taco Bell. Now, YUM Brands is becoming a joke. KFC now Taco Bell…. Consumers, take your business elsewhere. There are many better options out there now…

This is my 2nd time driving back to this place after they left things off order. My kids and I like to eat taco bell but I am disappointed in the service. This time (and the last) I went back after being at home (bc it unsafe to drive and eat or check the bags because kids are waiting on the food) to get what I originally ordered. This time the lady had it ready on the counter. She handed it to me with a smirk. As if she was right. She wasn’t i had to leave my home because you all didn’t put ordwrnin the bag. Not only was it cold, but her smirk was so aggressive I just took it and left.. the restaurant fights on social media has me not wanting to go further. Mistakes happen, but after the mistake added to me wanting to review. I like to have my order fulfilled, you order that punch it in, and it’s adequate and put in your bag…. do they not care? Or not care enough to even be pleasant when you have to drive back

If I could give 0 starts I would , poor service , don’t work with the app , the app said it was ready to pick up and told um us to wait for more 20 minutes , we were waiting for about 30 min already , staff unwilling to help because we asked tem to cancel the order and they said that they couldn’t, when they actually can and it to a even longer time to cancel our order e give our money back. I told them I had 3 crying kids on the back of my car and they just didn’t care. Not the first time I have a bad experience with Taco Bell , but this one has so far been the worst , not recommend

This is the worst Taco Bell around. A kid with a headset came and asked thr customer if he could help him. He said yes I would like to order a drink. The kid pointed at the kiosk behind the customer and said you can order right there! The know it all lady in the back yells into the lobby “ I got all y’all taken care of just wait.” As if she knew who everyone was and what they had came in for. I can assure you she’s clueless. She’s loud,bossy,rude and a know it all who is on crack. One day you go in and she’s hyper blasting country music overly polite opening the door for you to leave. The next day she is quiet and abrasive. I’ve only seen one girl in here actually know what’s going on and help each customer calmly. I did not see here there this evening.

This Taco Bell is always the slowest in the whole area. 20 minute wait to just reach the speaker to place an order or pickup a doordash. There were 4 other cars in the drive thru there is no reason for no one to ever answer the speaker. Not even that but every time I am here the doors are always locked so you absolutely have to go through the drive thru. When you are at the window most of the employees are super rude too.

05/29/2023 – Drove to this Taco Bell today and they refused to take my order. They are so lazy that they were only accepting online and app orders. Which got me to quickly realize why I even bother going to these low class dumps at all!?! I make too much money to be seen at a Taco Bell. Why am I even going to Taco Bell? Why are you? We all know that both the food and service are going to be a horrible experience. So why do we even bother with these places!?!
