Cons: The cook decided it was okay to serve bacon this burnt. Advice to the cook; if you don’t want to be at work please just stay home. Me and my partner were the only ones in the building eating so it wasn’t that he was busy. The service was slow. We were seated for 6 mins before coming over with menus.

Stood waiting for several minutes for somebody to say something when they finally did , they told me I could not place a takeout order, but I can eat in the restaurant. Not sure what the difference was. Cooking Food is cooking food. Not to mention, there was only like four people in there, there was actually more staff than customers. But it wasn’t the first time every time I go in there it’s an issue . When I have eaten there, they make you feel like you’re bothering them. This was my last try.

Trifling restaurant. With service to match. I walk in there are 3 tables taken. 2 barstools. I ask about a to go order & the mixed girl with freckles laughs and says they’re not doing any. My thing is I understand over the phone but walking in, with the money in hand why can I not order? I’m a paying customer as was everyone in there. And the girl couldn’t even give an explanation. But it’s okay cause I’m done leaving reviews and having patience. I’m calling corporate. Good luck.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Take the time to go 1.3 miles to the Waffle House at 5937 Hopkins Rd in North Chesterfield, VA literally 5 minutes away. This Waffle house has rude service, we tried to neat there and they said they were closed for cleaning. Meanwhile we saw people eating there already. We were there at 1:30 and they told us they were only open for take out until 2:00…..we went to the Waffle House on Hopkins road and got right in…..while they were cleaning the floors. My biggest problem was how rude the girl was!

My fiancé and I went to this location today. The Caucasian manager who seemed to be disabled was really rude. He didn’t greet us, and refused to take our walk in to go order when another location did on Hull St. One of the servers was about to take our order before 1pm, and the manager yelled loudly that they weren’t taking any to go orders. I felt like we were being discriminated against. I drove out my way to go to this location, and I expect something to be done because I support Waffle House all the time. That manager on Ironbridge has no management skills, and needs to be replaced, because of his horrible customer service. Also no sign was posted that to go orders were not being accepted.

Came in at 11:30AM and sat at the bar after 10 min of waiting I was told the bar was closed and I needed to wait for a clean table. At this point I’m irritated so I just wait to place a to go order, after another 15min of waiting I am told that they are not doing to go orders at this time. I don’t expect 5star dining or customer service from any Waffle House but y’all could at least reach your employees the basics… greeting the customers and letting them know if there are any problems because waiting 25min and not getting any feedback is ridiculous. Also not accepting to go orders??? What?!

I came here to sit down with my son to have a nice breakfast and soon as I walked in they immediately stated we couldn’t sit down because their was not enough employees and this was on a Saturday. Mind you there were bar stools open but then again they stated not enough employees. Also stated it will be a 2 hour wait. Please do better

This is usually my go to Waffle House but I think after my recent experience I will only pay cash; that’s if I decide to patronize them again. My to go order came to about $11 (bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, & toast) and I actually tipped the person taking my order $2.00. To check my bank account a few days later and see that the person decided to change my tip to $12!!!! Why in the HELL would I tip you more than I paid for my meal. My advice to anyone who goes here pay cash and if not please monitor your bank account.
