What’s up with this pizza? It’s looks old and it looks like someone took a piece out and replaced it with a smaller piece from a different pizza. Please contact me about a refund.**when a replacement pizza was brought out, the person who brought the pizza out was still defending the initial awful pizza saying all of the pizzas look that way. Doubting that the replacement pizza would be edible, we requested a refund. Allegedly the owner issued a refund but didn’t know how to work the computer system so this was done without any proof of a refund.**

Ordered 2 pizzas and a sandwich. Was told 35 min. It was ready an hour later. I had their pizza before and it was great. The pizza was burned on the bottom. Very well done. You can clearly see staffing issues. The poor girl was running around like crazy waiting on tables, bringing out food, and taking orders on the phone. We ate the pizza because we were starving. But we were disappointed in the large pizza due to it being overcooked. The medium pizza was great.

Rarely can you sit down in a pizza shop (take out dominant business) this is a great place to sit Down and enjoy some slices.. Very clean, fresh new feel but also comfortable. No issues with the pizza itself either.

Went extremely down hill since entering the new location have had 3 pies since moving and they were all floppy and under cooked have suspicions they are using what’s cooking at Casey old conveyer belt oven. Before the pizza was nice golden brown and crispy sad to see this happen to what was the best pizza shop in oakmont Verona plum area

Had an issue with something minor, so I just called to talk about it which is all you gotta do sometimes. They weren’t taking any bs, they were super professional and understanding and made it right. I only ever order from here. They’re consistent every time, and have the best pizza, calzones, wedgies, hoagies, and huge portions. I love this place. Thank you!

I’ve been looking for good Chicago style deep dish pizza for a while now. The pepperoni and sausage pizza I bought was absolutely delicious. I had to fight with myself and freeze 2 slices just to have some next week. Plus my 5 year old who eats hardly anything thought it was great. I’ll be back soon.
