Hey wanna say I love Marco’s Pizza, especially the all meat thin crust. Unfortunately my order today, I ordered the thin but received original. I contacted the restaurant after explaining what I ordered, and what my recipe says and what I got!! The matter was corrected . I am now enjoying my THIN CRUST. When I called in my order they did not ask for a name. When I got there they asked for my name or what name was on caller ID. They were not able to find order by name or phone #. They gave me the correct pizza but the receipt had someone else’s name & phone # on it.

When I walked in the energy was off and the customer service was not present, their kitchen was super dirty staff cooking and not wearing gloves, and not to mention on the top of them having a dirty kitchen they had the nerve to not speak when they had at least five employees behind the counter acting nag like they were working they gave me a “whites only pie” vibe so I went with my instinct and left. Thank God I did they probably giving out unseasoned salmonella. They didn’t have any customers. The business was dry like their personalities and I see why.

I used to absolutely love Marco’s especially their Philly bowl. I would get it at least once a week. Then twice in a row there was no cheese sauce on the bottom so I haven’t ordered in months. I decided to order tonight and decided to try the Philly pizza because how could you forget sauce on a pizza. I was wrong no cheese sauce on my pizza. I hate that the quality has gone down in the last 6 months or so because I used to love it. I got the thin so not only does it not taste as good without the sauce but it is super dry.
