Excellent service, excellent food, nice quick stop as you enter into Connellsville from the North. If you would miss it, do yourself a favor and turn around. I had a Jacked Up Philly Cheese Steak and it has put all the other Cheese Steaks to shame. The wife had pulled pork and said it was great but she really enjoyed her Strawberry Pretzel Salad. I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu. Ribs looked liked perfection.

OMG being from the Carolinas, this is the best Pork BBQ we have had since forever!! Visiting from the Butler area my husband wanted BBQ for his birthday dinner. It was so tasty and Shawn and his staff were so friendly. (Thanks for the extras) The pulled pork cheese fries were to die for!! Would definitely recommend stopping by to devour some of the best BBQ. The pork is double cooked with no fat whatsoever. Looking forward to coming to try the ribs. ENJOY, we surely did.

Tried the pulled pork sandwich and the 1/3rd rack of ribs. Both were very flavorful. Owner was very friendly and engaging. Nice size portions and reasonably priced. I will definitely be back.

We have been going to Shawn’s since he opened on Route 119. He has the absolute best pulled pork. I normally love mine qith BBQ sauce but I can eat his all day without sauce. The seasoning and juices are insane. You must try everything, but if you want a real treat make sure you get there for the brisket and ham BBQ. The meals are not just the talk of the town either…. his sides are to die for….. I have not gotten BBQ from anywhere else since we started going to Shawn’s.

If you’re looking for great barbecue with a ton of flavor and great service,, this needs to be your next stop! While there, why not try your skills at axe throwing, warm up by the fire, or play a game of corn hole. After you enjoy your meal, you could take a hike at the nearby Great Allegheny Passage. The best part, if you’d rather stay in, they will deliver. Whatever you do, try this BBQ!
