This place is really good! The service was very fast and friendly. We had steak and chicken tacos, steak Buritto, and ground beef Tostadas. Everything was extremely good, but the steak was by far the best. It had good seasoning and was cooked perfectly. They also have very good rice and beans. We will definitely be coming back here. If you’re in the area, check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

We made reservations for Cinco de Mayo for 6. When we arrived, the table was set and ready for us. The restaurant was small, but cozy. I honestly did not expect much. Was just hoping to have a few margaritas and hopefully some decent food. I was pleasantly surprised! The chips and salsa provided to us as we browsed the menu was delicious! Not too hot and very tasty! I ordered a cucumber margarita and others at my table had the strawberry and lime margaritas. They were all yummy! Then the food came…excellent! My friend ordered what he jokingly called the Mexican French dip and loved it. Others at my table had steak and carnita tacos and enjoyed them. I was disappointed they did not have the tamales advertised on their menu and opted for the posole instead. Can I just tell you that it was AMAZING! The broth was so delicious! The heat was spot on and I wish I had more as I type this! We ended with fresh, warm churros. The wait staff was also taking phone orders and orders at the counter. They were busy, but it wasn’t difficult to get their attention when we needed them. The owners came out and checked on us several times and were very nice. We definitely found a hidden gem and will be back soon!

I am always looking for the next best! I belive now I know it’s at the top of my list. I was getting fuel and washing my car, and there truck was by the liquor store so I got two steak and two chicken tacos. It change my life as far as good food. EVERYTHING is delicious I will be going to this establishment from now on. 5 stars/ no 10!

Never returning. Don’t recommend to anyone. Very deceptive owner with pricing and over charged me.. unacceptable I confronted the two ladies they blamed the cost of everything is going up. When their menu says 2.50 dollar tacos. Then they charge 3.25 for the size of a half dollar taco. So they over charge me by 10 dollars for 10 tacos. Asked if they would honor the price and basically said buy or get out. Horrible.

Went to La Tortuga Feliz for late lunch, really enjoyed the food. Chips & salsa while waiting for entrees, steak torta, 3 taco dinner, (chicken, al pastor & lengua), were all very good. Excellent rice & beans. Horchata & tamarindo for drinks. Service was excellent as well. Will be going back in the near future.

We have been in the area for almost 2 years now and on the search for great Mexican food – I randomly came across this spot online and SO glad I did! Tacos were great, my husband is a BIG critic when it comes to steak used and he said his steak burrito was fantastic. Also, customer service from the owner was exceptional, being in the service industry for 10+ years – my family and I will absolutely be back.

If you are looking for amazing, homemade, authentic Mexican food, this is the place. The salsa was by far the best I’ve had. The homemade tortilla chips were super crunchy and not as greasy as I’m used to seeing. Tried a chicharron taco and 3 chicken tacos. Well worth $2 each. The staff were super friendly. Seems to be a family restaurant, based on the recipes of their Grandmother back home in Mexico.
