I have been coming here for many years. I like this place because they are kind and attentive to their customers. No one has ever been disappointed in trying it out. Shanghai has set a standard for our Chinese cuisine that has never been matched all these years later. It’s always fresh and you can count on crispy dishes to be crispy, not soggy and slimy. others. Cameron Park as long as they are still around to enjoy. I recommend.

Orange chicken is like small pieces of tough beef jerky and so is the sweet and sour pork. On the sweet and sour pork it is just a tiny drizzle of sauce, not like I am accustomed to. I like their chicken chow mein, with it’s thick noodles and their egg rolls. I just go there for their chicken chow mein and egg rolls.

If you like bland then this is your place. I opted for Kung Pao Chicken Lunch Combination. Very slight hit of spice but way down at the bottom of my conservative heat scale. Hot & Sour soup lacked flavor too. Happily the meal included a generous slice of orange from which I squirted juice into my glass of water to successfully rid it of the metallic taste. The older (elderly?) mid-week lunch clientele appears to be repeat customers that have been loyal for years. I won’t be one. Elderly, yes…Repeat customer NO. Service was efficient. Interior appears clean but the exterior front looked tired and the windows smudged.

I love this place!!! The food is good and the service is great. They are also fast! Which I like. The people who work there are friendly. It’s a good placer to go for dine in or take out. I love to go there before a movie in EDH with my wife, because you know the service is good and the food will come.

This place has gone down hill in the past couple years, I have been regularly ordering from Shanghai for over 25 years! I used to come here as a teenager growing up! But recently, the last there orders were all soggy, they need to fry their food longer as the last three times I’ve ordered ($76 today) the honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken, and firecracker shrimp were all soggy! Being a 25+ year patron of this palace, I’m sorry to say this place is not what it used to be and will not be coming back anytime soon!
