The sandwiches are so skimpy on the meat and cheese it is not worth buying. So save your money go to Jersey Mike’s or even Subway would be better. On top of sub par food The service is even worse. I called about an online order and was told they have no way to look up orders even with the receipt. What? I called several times and talked to multiple managers I think… The person on the phone each time did not know I had called before. Same answer each time. No ability to look up online orders… Like I said before save your money go to Jersey Mike’s or even Subway would be better.

I ordered a sandwich for delivery about 1:00pm, I intentionally waited thinking lunch rush would be over. My order was made and out for delivery within just a few minutes however the delivery driver took an hour to get here. I asked the kid what took so long and he told me he had to go 5 miles out of town for his last delivery, and technically his shift ended 20 minutes before he arrived at my location. Maybe we need to shrink the delivery area during our summer season? The soda was watered down since all the ice had melted. Thankful I received my order, but this wasn’t my first poor delivery experience.

It took 20 minutes in drive through for a #1. #3. #4. No one was ahead of us. One worker was eating bacon while walking around the restaurant. The cookies were stackes into 3 different piles by another while we waited. I won’t go back.

So disappointed. I love JJ, but twice now I have waited 50 minutes for a sandwhich delivery. Today I ordered my sandwhich with oil and vinegar and there was so much that the entire bread was soggy. There is no way someone could have eaten it. I won’t be ordering from this location any more.

We went through the drive-thru today and the the person taking the order continued to interrupt me as I was trying to order so much so that I had to ask her to please let me finish talking about the sandwich I wanted to order as I didn’t want tomatoes or mayo and I wanted to add cheese. She kept asking if I was done ordering while I was trying to talk. Got my sandwich, it had tomatoes and no cheese.

Jimmy Johns is not the absolute best but I ordered them for the first time and it was pretty good. I ordered a tuna sub and when it was delivered I love how the delivery guy didn’t ask or expected a tip. He was kind, and he brought it to me within 5 minutes.

Edit: since my original review of five stars, I’ve changed it to two stars because of my last couple experiences there. My last two visits, about a week apart, were intended to be through the drive thru, however, no employee ever greeted or answered me. I waited a couple minutes but then just ended up masking up and going inside, which totally negates the convenience of a drive thru. This happened my last TWO visits, which makes me thing the intercom was intentionally turned off. Both times there were no other customers inside or waiting in drive thru. *End of edit.*
