Ordered a triple meal large with large milkshake and large onion rings. Order sent out was all medium. Manager told me that’s what I ordered and all she wanted to do is argue with me that I didn’t order large. Left me at window and wouldn’t talk to me after I told her she must have heard me wrong and just wanted my order fixed. Told me I should pay attention when I order something. Will never go to another DQ as long as I live.

Ordered a banana split with strawberries, pineapple and caramel… I got strawberry syrup no strawberries on the item, pineapple juice no pineapples an a little caramel. This is the 2nd time this has happened. They have teenagers working that dont really care. I wont be going back again. Not worth my time or my money.

I’m told that it is impossible to put sprinkles on a soft ice cream cone here, and then I was charged $1.50 for sprinkles on the side. I’ve been to many DQs and that’s simply not a thing. Also the cone was stale.

I went to this location today, May 16th at 6:39 pm. I placed an order at the drive thru window for 1 Oreo blizzard with extra Oreos and 1 small strawberry sundae. After placing this order, I realized I forgot to add 2 additional Oreo blizzards to my order, so I requested to add these two blizzards to my order and the male crew worker told me “No. You have to get back in line.” As a result, I cancelled my entire order.

My children and I go to Dairy Queen at least once a week & it’s usually a different location. Every time, we order the same thing which is a vanilla cone with sprinkles. Why is it that this location can’t do sprinkles on a cone. Today, I was irritated bec I couldn’t even be given a reason. It’s so simple, yet complicated. Service always sucks but today the attitudes were decent. Still annoying & probably won’t be returning to this location!

Everytime I come here I’m disappointed. With the quality and the customer service. I’ve been several times and it hasn’t got better. They don’t give you your money’s worth and they are not nice. Go to the one on HWY 85 in Riverdale to get better quality and good customer service. I will not be back to this one, but I will def go to the one I mentioned.
